Introducing Executive Chef Kelley Cook
Basalt is proud to have Kelly Cook serve as our Executive Chef, and menu visionary. Cook studied at the acclaimed culinary arts program at South Seattle Community College and has been a longtime restaurateur with her husband in the Kittitas Valley for over 15 years. Cook combines local aptitude with high-end flair, developing a unique menu that tells the story of Ellenburg to travelers and locals alike.
